We carry both in-stock and pre-order items. In-stock pieces ship within approximately 1-3 business days of purchase. Pre-order pieces ship within approximately 6 to 8 weeks of purchase. While we aim to process and ship orders within these time frames, these are estimates only, and orders may ship earlier or later depending on production and fulfillment capabilities.
If you have purchased a combination of in-stock and pre-order pieces, your entire order will ship once all items are complete. If you would like the in stock portion of your order to ship separately, please email us at hello@erierealms.com for special shipping arrangements. Additional shipping charges will apply.

We ship jewellery and hair accessory orders to international destinations outside Australia via DHL. The Erie team is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

We will refund your money no later than 14 days after the day we have received your notice to cancel the agreement of purchase. We will issue the refund via the same means of payment you used when completing the original transaction.
If you regret your order shortly after you have placed it, you can simply send us an email at hello@erierealms.com with your order number, and we will cancel it. If you regret your order, and it has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive the order and then return it.
Orders may be returned for store credit within 10 days of delivery, excluding items subject to final sale listed below. Refunds are not available.
The following orders on hello@erierealms.com are final sale:
- International orders shipped to destinations outside Australia;
- Pieces in Erie Curated Collection;
- Custom orders (including engraved or otherwise altered items);
- Items designated for final sale;
- Items that were bought in the physical store.
If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact hello@erierealms.com to initiate the return process. Returns must be authorized by a customer service representative. If your purchase is eligible for return, a customer service representative will provide instructions for return and a return authorization form that must be included with your return shipment. Returns must be shipped within 3 days of your receipt of the return authorization form.
To be accepted for return, items must be in original, unworn condition, including original packaging.
Returns initiated beyond 10 days of receipt of your order, or shipped beyond 3 days of your receipt of a return authorization, will not be accepted.
Please note that all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Sterling silver is an alloy containing not less than 92.5% silver content.
To prevent your silver from oxidising, we recommend not swimming, bathing, or showering in your jewellery. With all sterling silver jewellery orders, we provide a polishing cloth to maintain the finish of your piece. Storing your jewellery in a dustbag or box with the polishing cloth will prevent unwanted tarnish. If tarnishing does occur, gently clean your jewellery with the provided polishing cloth.
